You can access self-enrollment by visiting: http://employeenavigator.com/benefits/account/login
Employees who did not receive a registration email or do not have an email address on file can select “Register as a New User” on the EN login screen. They will be prompted to verify the following information to locate their account:
· First Name
· Last Name
· Company Identifier: USAT2025
· PIN: Last 4 digits of SSN)
· Birth Date
Once verified, they will be directed to the registration page to complete setup.
