1. ENROLL IN-PERSON WITH A BENEFITS COUNSELOR

In-person enrollment will be available from 8:30am until 4:30pm on the following dates:

2. CALL TO ENROLL 1-877-201-0487
Call to speak with a benefits counselor and enroll over the phone. Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm CST.
3. SELF-ENROLL
Enroll online in your State Health Benefits and your other benefits using the provided instructions:
