Voluntary Life and AD&D

Forsyth County Schools gives you the opportunity to elect additional life insurance through Aflac. Supplemental Life and AD&D coverage is portable/convertible upon separation of service from the district.

Plan Highlights

  • Employees can elect up to $500,000 of Supplemental Life and AD&D Insurance (not to exceed 5 times your basic annual earnings)

  • Spouse can purchase up to $100,000 of coverage

  • Child(ren) eligible for up to $10,000 of coverage
