How to Enroll:

• Two options for enrollment.

  
  

  • Call and speak to a licensed benefit counselor at our dedicated employee benefits service center over the phone: 1-877-201-0615 (M-F, 8am-5pm CST)

    
    

  • OR self-enroll by visiting: employeenavigator.com/benefits/account/login

    • Employees who did not receive a registration email or do not have an email address on file can select “Register as a New User” on the EN login screen. They will be prompted to verify the following information to locate their account:

      · First Name

      · Last Name

      · Company Identifier: PlaCounty

      · PIN: Last 4 digits of SSN)

      · Birth Date

      
      

      Once verified, you will be directed to the registration page to complete setup.
