Elect an employee life amount of up to $500,000 in increments of $10,000
Guaranteed issue amount of $200,000 for new hires and newly eligible employees
You may elect coverage for your spouse up to $500,000 (not to exceed 100% of employee's elected amount) and/or your dependent child for $10,000.
