Enroll Over the Phone

Call our Benefits Helpline and enroll with a Licensed Benefits Counselor over the phone, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm CST. English- and Spanish-speaking representatives are available.

To self-enroll click myKaty SSO Login here.

To make a change or edit your current address, go to the Employee Self Service tile in myKaty SSO Login which you will find under the A+ Benefits tab:
Once logged in, look for the ‘Personal Information’ tab on the right-hand side of the screen:
Then select the ‘Contact’ tab from the top menu bar and then under your Addresses section, select the ‘Edit’ button to enter your current address:
