If you’re enrolled in either the Memorial Hermann ACO or Choice POS plans, you pay a $20 copay with no deductible for short-term prescription generic drugs

Where can I fill my prescriptions?
In order to receive benefits, prescriptions must be filled at H-E-B pharmacies or participating in
network pharmacies. Employees can locate an H-E-B or participating network pharmacy by visiting the H-E-B RxTRA Advantage/MedImpact Pharmacy Portal (www.rxtraadvantage.com) and creating an account using your Aetna ID number.
What if I do not live near an H-E-B pharmacy?
If there are no H-E-B Pharmacies in your area, an alternative Network of preferred pharmacy Providers is available. There are no benefits available if you use a pharmacy other than H-E-B, unless there is a necessity while you are traveling outside of or use a non-H-E-B Pharmacy more than 10 miles from the closest H-E-B Pharmacy.
Employees who live more than 10 miles from an H-E-B pharmacy may access an alternative network of preferred pharmacies. Please contact H-E-B RxTRA Advantage at 1-877-432-6315 or visit the H-E-B RxTRA Advantage/MedImpact Pharmacy Portal (www.rxtraadvantage.com) to find eligible network pharmacies by zip code and driving directions.
If an H-E-B Pharmacy opens in your area and is within 10 miles from your previous non-H-E-B Pharmacy, you will be notified to move your prescriptions to the new H-E-B Pharmacy ahead of its opening date.
